Employee COVID-19 Notification Guidelines

The following information has been provided to assist employees in following proper guidelines and procedures when an exposure or potential exposure has occurred. These procedures will expedite notifications, help reduce any potential further spread, and maintain consistency.

If an exposure has occurred and employee is not displaying COVID-19 symptoms, no quarantine is required. If an exposure has occurred and employee has tested positive for COVID-19 or is displaying symptoms, please review the Indiana Department of Health Isolation and Quarantine recommendations to determine when an employee may return to work.
